By submitting the completed withdrawal order form to Webbilling.com the customer agrees to enter a contractual relationship between him and the content provider. Webbilling.com may refuse the application, if there is a serious reason, e.g. the customer supplies incorrect information or there is a suspicion that the customer intends to make improper use of the service.
The customer agrees:
I irrevocably authorize Webbilling.com to collect the payment, which is to be made by me, by direct debit
at maturity.
After Webbilling.com has informed me about the adoption of SEPA Direct Debit, the following SEPA Direct
Debit Mandate becomes effective.
The Direct Debit Authorization becomes invalid at the same time.
I authorize Webbilling.com to collect payments from my bank account by SEPA direct debit. At the same time,
I instruct my credit institution to pay in the direct debits collected by Webbilling.com from my bank
account. Note: I can demand refund of the debited amount within eight weeks from the debiting date. The
conditions agreed on with my credit institution will be valid in the process.
Webbilling.com enables a payment from customer to content provider. With a successful payment, the customer has fulfilled his payment obligations to the content provider. The content provider is solely responsible for contents and accessibility. The responsibility for the communications network is exclusively that of the user’s Internet service provider.
Cancellation of payment orders may be carried out at
www.webbilling.com or through conventional postal service or electronic mail. Webbilling.com is
authorized to accept the payment on behalf of the content provider. In case of doubt, the subscriber must
furnish proof of having sent a cancellation or having received a cancellation confirmation.

Bookings not honored or canceled are assessed a direct debit charge to cover the bank fees and additional
expenses incurred. This charge amounts up to: For an invoice amount of 0.01 GBP to 20.00 GBP the charge is
10.00 GBP. For an invoice amount of 20.01 GBP to 50.00 GBP the charge is 20.00 GBP. For an invoice amount
of 50.01 GBP to 150.00 GBP the charge is 30.00 GBP. For an invoice amount of 150.01 GBP or more the charge
is 50.00 GBP. The access to the service is Temporarily blocked until the charged amount has been
received.
Webbilling.com may use externally mandated debt collection agencies. The customer agrees explicitly to the
use of the provided email address for the purposes of debt recovery.
Any unlimited liability regarding the service due to degraded signal strength, error, default, interruption, cancellation, defect, delayed transmission, loss of the transmission channel, theft of documentation, destruction of documentation, unauthorized access to documentation, manipulation of documentation or the use of documentation, either as breach of contract, negligence or carelessness or for any other reason, is strictly limited to the membership dues paid for the service through the past 12 months.
All contents have been tested and will run with standard configurations of the current browser versions. However, it is hereby specified that operational problems may occur through deactivation of cookies, Java or Javascript, or when using firewalls. The subscriber himself is responsible for the standard configuration of his own device, network, Internet access and any additional installed software and plug-ins. Due to the multitude of possible configuration errors, Webbilling.com is refusing any guarantees in connection with the following points: all guarantees for availability, compatibility, integrity, content of the information, products or services. In addition, any guarantee for the usefulness and suitability for use for a specific purpose.
All notifications from the service to the customer may be sent as electronic mail (email), as general notification on the website or through conventional postal service. Notification of subscribers may be sent as electronic mail, conventional postal service or by telephone. Any questions, complaints or notification to the service as electronic mail must be sent to the following address, including the transaction ID.
The customer allows the service to store personal, account and provider or access information data and cookies, if needed, and to share these with the content provider. This information will not be shared with unauthorized third parties and forwarded to higher legal authorities only if so ordered. In addition, the customer authorizes the service to send notices about any updates by email.
If any stipulation of this agreement should be, or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the
remaining stipulations. Instead of the invalid stipulation, a stipulation fitting, or coming close to the
purpose of the agreement shall be effective, which the parties would have agreed to in order to achieve the
same economic result, if they had known about the invalidity of that stipulation. The same shall hold true
for incompleteness of the stipulation.
In the event of legal disputes, the parties agree to the headquarter location of Webbilling AG as the place
of jurisdiction.
